InfoHive Solution is inviting applications from freshers for the role of Website Validation Analyst – KPO Operations under its Global Website Review and Digital Validation Process.
The role involves reviewing international websites, validating business and product-related information, checking website functionality, identifying incomplete or inactive web pages, and maintaining accurate records in the internal workflow system as per client and process guidelines.
This is a professional KPO operations role suitable for freshers with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, internet research ability, basic system handling knowledge, and interest in global digital business validation processes.

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze global websites through provided URLs.
- Validate website functionality, webpage availability, and business information.
- Verify product details, categories, and website-related information for accuracy.
- Identify inactive, incomplete, duplicate, outdated, or incorrect website records.
- Review international websites and online platforms across multiple regions.
- Maintain verified and active website records in the internal workflow system.
- Coordinate website update or correction requests as per process guidelines.
- Escalate non-responsive, incomplete, or inactive website cases to the reporting team.
- Use browser-based tools and AI-assisted validation methods for review activities.
- Prepare process reports and maintain documentation for internal quality review.
- Follow client instructions, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain daily productivity, accuracy, and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate from a recognized institution.
- Basic computer and system handling knowledge is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and internet browsing.
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Ability to identify website errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Basic understanding of websites, online platforms, and digital business information.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in both WFH and WFO environments.
- Training will be provided for selected candidates.
Job Benefits
