InfoHive Solution is inviting applications from freshers for the role of Mining Data Validation Associate under its Mining Operations and Data Quality Review Process.

The role involves reviewing mining-related digital records, validating operational information, checking accuracy and completeness, identifying missing or mismatched details, and supporting data quality activities as per client and process guidelines.

This is a professional backend operations role suitable for freshers with strong attention to detail, basic system handling ability, analytical thinking, and interest in mining operations support and data validation processes.

Responsibilities
  • Review and validate mining-related operational records.
  • Check accuracy and completeness of mining process information.
  • Verify production details, site-related records, equipment information, and operational data.
  • Identify missing, duplicate, incorrect, or mismatched information.
  • Maintain verified information in structured formats and internal systems.
  • Support quality review activities as per client and process guidelines.
  • Use browser-based tools, Excel, and internal software for validation activities.
  • Prepare process reports and maintain documentation for internal review.
  • Follow client instructions, process guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Report errors, mismatches, or doubtful cases to the Team Lead.
  • Maintain confidentiality of project and operational information.
  • Maintain daily productivity, accuracy, and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
  • Freshers are eligible to apply.
  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate from a recognized institution.
  • Basic computer and system handling knowledge is mandatory.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good documentation handling ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to review and understand operational records clearly.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow process guidelines accurately.
  • Interest in mining operations support and data quality processes.
  • Training will be provided for selected candidates.
