InfoHive Solution is inviting applications from freshers for the role of Mapping Process Associate – KPO Operations under its Digital Mapping and Location Review Process.
The role involves reviewing map-based information, validating location details, checking business/place information, verifying address accuracy, and supporting digital mapping quality review activities as per client and process guidelines.
This is a professional KPO operations role suitable for freshers with strong attention to detail, basic internet research ability, system handling knowledge, and interest in digital mapping and location-based review processes.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate map-based location information.
- Verify business names, addresses, landmarks, categories, and place details.
- Check location accuracy using online map and browser-based tools.
- Identify incorrect, duplicate, outdated, or missing location information.
- Review digital map records and ensure information is accurate and complete.
- Support quality review activities for mapping and location-based processes.
- Maintain verified location information in internal workflow systems.
- Use browser-based tools, mapping platforms, and internal applications for review activities.
- Follow client instructions, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Report mismatches, unclear records, or doubtful cases to the Team Lead.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and project information.
- Maintain daily productivity, accuracy, and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate from a recognized institution.
- Basic computer and system handling knowledge is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of internet browsing and online maps.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand addresses, locations, landmarks, and map-based information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow process guidelines accurately.
- Interest in digital mapping, location review, and KPO operations.
- Training will be provided for selected candidates.
