InfoHive is inviting applications for the role of U.S. Mortgage Process Executive under its U.S. Mortgage Processing Project – Backend Operations.

The role involves handling mortgage-related digital records, reviewing borrower and loan documents, validating process information, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting backend operational workflows as per client and process guidelines.

This is a professional backend operations role suitable for candidates with strong attention to detail, system handling ability, documentation knowledge, and accuracy-focused working skills.

Responsibilities
  • Review and validate mortgage-related digital records.
  • Process borrower and loan documentation as per client guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate information in the internal workflow system.
  • Verify document details, financial records, and process-related information.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing details, or mismatched records.
  • Coordinate with the internal quality team for correction and clarification.
  • Ensure confidentiality of borrower, loan, and financial information.
  • Follow U.S. mortgage process standards and company operational procedures.
  • Maintain daily productivity, accuracy, and quality benchmarks.
  • Prepare and update process reports for internal review.
Qualifications
  • Freshers are eligible to apply.
  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate from a recognized institution.
  • Basic computer and system handling knowledge is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good documentation handling ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to understand and follow process guidelines.
  • Good analytical and verification skills.
  • Basic understanding of mortgage, loan, or financial process will be an added advantage.
  • Training will be provided for selected candidates.
